Service & support is the cornerstone of DISC and your satisfaction ensures our success and reputation. Customers are always welcome to contact the DISC Customer Support Department during regular business hours. Our nationwide service partner will serve your individual needs as confirmed in your service contract.

DISC Service is provided by the coordinated efforts of DISC technical support engineers and service partners whose field engineers quickly respond to calls with onsite support. In addition, DISC service partners provide a logistics network for stocking and delivering parts and a service call management system for round-the-clock entry and tracking, field dispatch and service operations coordination.

Since customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us we conduct on-going service & support evaluations to maintain our desired level of customer satisfaction. To ensure this we provide comprehensive sales and technical training that help to identify and meet customer demands and needs. All DISC support is handled centrally at out head office in Germany. This way we ensure consistency throughout our global endeavours, and you receive the best service possible.
