DISC Support is provided by the coordinated efforts of DISC technical support engineers and service partners located around the world. In addition, DISC service partners provide a logistics network for stocking and delivering parts and a service call management system for round-the-clock entry and tracking, field dispatch and service operations coordination.
In order to meet customer requirements for high data availability, end user installations should be covered by a service contract and DISC offers nationwide service at different service levels.
All DISC support is handled centrally at our production facility in Germany. This way we ensure consistency throughout our global endeavours, and you receive the best service possible.
